By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This website is operated by Mithilesh Khandwala, represented by his parents/guardians Janak Khandwala and Sweta Khandwala.

The product: We sell the book "BANSI – The Melody of Eternal Knowledge", a physical paperback. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may change the price at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and paid.

Orders and payment: Payment is collected online through CCAvenue. Your order is confirmed only after a successful payment confirmation. If payment fails, the order is not processed.

Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (e.g. pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund it.

Use of the website: You agree not to misuse the website or use it unlawfully. The content, including the book title, cover artwork and text, is protected and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or product, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
