Return & Refund Policy

Returns: As this is a physical book, returns are accepted only if the book received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item). We do not accept returns for change of mind or for books that have been read or used, except in those cases.

How to request a return: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bookorder@mithileshkhandwala.com or 9909025098 with your order reference and a clear photo showing the damage or wrong item.

Replacement or refund: If approved, we offer either a replacement copy or a refund of the amount paid. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Refund process: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through CCAvenue, and may take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank.

Non-returnable situations: We cannot accept returns or refunds if the request is made after 7 days of delivery, the book is damaged due to misuse after delivery, or delivery failed due to an incorrect address provided by you.

Cancellations: To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
