Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship the book "BANSI – The Melody of Eternal Knowledge" within India only.

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 7 business working days of a successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery is handled by our courier partner and depends on your location. You can track your order using the tracking number we provide once it is shipped.

Shipping charges: Any shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking: Once shipped, the order status changes to "Shipped" with a tracking number, which we share with you. The order is marked "Delivered" once it reaches you.

Delays: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed.

Incorrect address: Please ensure your address and pincode are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
